How to exclude the images created by the ACF cropping plugin from optimization

You can exclude the images generated by the ACF cropping plugin ( Advanced Custom Fields: Image Aspect Ratio Crop Field) by adding "_acf_cropped" as an Excluded pattern in Settings > ShortPixel > Advanced > Excluded patterns:
