Where are my credits?

There are basically 2 reasons why you don't see your payment reflected on your account.

  1. When you initiated the payment, you were logged in to one ShortPixel account, but your website is using the credits from another ShortPixel account. To correct this, do the following:
    1. Log into the ShortPixel account that received the credits. If you are in your ShortPixel account, but your credits on the bottom left corner are not updated (see screenshot below), then most probably your purchase was made through another account of yours. Please log out and log in again with the correct e-mail address.
    2. If you are using ShortPixel Image Optimizer, find your correct API Key and enter it on your ShortPixel settings: Where is my API key? How do I use it?
    3. If you are using ShortPixel Adaptive Images or Autoptimize, make sure to associate your domain to your account: How can I associate a domain to my account?
  2. You paid with an eCheck via PayPal. In this case, it may take up to 5 days for the payment to be cleared.
